	3*. Tell me why you are interested in guest hosting on Based on Experience. If you don't have a blog or webpage tell us about yourself so I can get an idea of your background, life, and experiences.
	4. Good sound quality is integral to the podcast. In order to be on the show you will need to have a Skype account (which is FREE) and you will need to use a microphone/headset (about $40). What is your ability to use Skype and get the necessary equipment? I have a Skype account and a headset, I use Skype all the time, No Problem I have Skype and a headset, just need to figure out how it works. I'm willing to open a Skype account and get a headset to do the show. It's not possible for me to get Skype and/or get a headset but I'd still like to be considered.
	5. Which bests describes your availibility to podcast. (choose all that apply) My schedule is wide open... Give me a date and time and in most cases I can be there. I'm free most evenings. I'm free during weekdays. Weekends work best for me. It varies but we can work out a time. My schedule is really full, but I'd really like to try to be on the show. Other (Please Specify)
